Giwi Margwelaschwili Award Ceremony 2014 in Tbilisi

This year the Georgian historian, writer, translator, jounalist, museum director and actor Lasha Bakradze will receive the Award for Georgian-German Cultural Relations named after Giwi Margewelaschvili. The award ceremony will be on the 14th of February in Georgian House of Writers. The known Georgian writer and translator Ana Kordsaia-Samadashvili will be responsible for the laudation speech. In connection the movie LOST KILLERS (Germany, 2000), directed by Dito Tsintsadze, will be shown. Lascha Bakradze plays the major role in this movie.

The event is carried out by the Goethe Institute and DVV International in close cooperation with ProCredit Bank Georgia.

The award ceremony will be held under the patronage of the Ministry of Foreign Affairs of Georgia.
